Words cannot express how thrilled I am to present our very first CUE WOMAN’S GLOBAL CONFERENCE!!!

Representing CUE as a Vice President of National Sales has become a tremendous responsibility and love of mine! My responsibilities often include setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and managing sales teams.

I also monitor performance metrics, foster client relationships, and collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business goals. A crucial role is driving revenue growth and ensuring the sales team operates effectively and efficiently. After receiving approval to proceed with this conference, I, along with the help of our Administrative Assistant, Gina Pappas, web designer, Maurice Harper and others, started our plan of action!

Empowerment, Encouragement and Enthusiasm will be our theme this year! There are amazing and exciting plans on our agenda, so please, DO NOT MISS THIS CUE GLOBAL WOMAN’S CONFERENCE!!!

In the symphony of life, David Weddell has conducted a diverse and impactful melody, marked by a dedication to service, innovation, and the pursuit of making a meaningful difference. His journey, spanning from the halls of education to the forefront of broadband technology, weaves a tapestry of experiences that showcase not only professional prowess but a profound commitment to community and altruism.

David’s journey began at Indiana State University in 1979, where he cultivated his passion for education, majoring in Music Education. This foundation laid the groundwork for a remarkable career as a Band Director in Indiana’s public schools. His commitment to nurturing the talents of young minds manifested in leading instrumental music programs at McCutcheon High School and Clinton Prairie Jr-Sr High School, leaving an indelible mark on thousands of students.

In the pursuit of innovation and bridging digital divides, David ventured into the world of technology. From being the Chief Executive Officer at CUE Band, LLC, where he played a pivotal role in bringing 4G WiMax broadband to Rural America, to spearheading True Champion Consulting, LLC as the Chief Operations Ocer, David has been a catalyst for progress. His collaborations with organizations like the Indiana Manufacturers Association and Education Service Centers reflect a commitment to providing innovative solutions for profit improvement and vendor risk management.

Yet, beyond the boardrooms and executive roles, David’s heart beats to the rhythm of compassion. The 9/10 Project, a heavenly download that unfolded as a roadmap for healing and restoration, stands as a testament to his deep commitment to helping those emerging from abusive histories or addictive circumstances. This project encapsulates David’s belief in the power of empathy and guidance to shape destinies positively.

She coaches women on how to put themselves first when it comes to daily routines and how to stop following someone else’s ‘rules’ around eating and exercise. She is passionate about helping women unlock their power to change, and create lifestyle choices to realize the health and energy they truly desire.

Gina Pappas

Greetings, everyone!

My name is Gina Pappas, and I’d like to share a little background info about myself. I grew up in sunny San Jose, CA with my parents and older brother, John. My parents are licensed and ordained ministers, so I have very fond childhood memories as to where the call of God would take us.

I graduated high school in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and following that, chose to attend and graduate from Rhema Bible College in Oklahoma, as well. After that, I unintentionally experienced great success in various sales positions, from retail to the hospitality industry, and hence, made my way to Indiana in the process.

When the pandemic hit, my decade-long career with Marriott Hotels ended rather abruptly. However, I decided to become a realtor, which, in a round-about way, led me to CUE. I have had the privilege to be an employee of this amazing company since August, 2023. Firstly, I am the executive assistant to our beloved CEO and Founder, David Weddell…that is my primary role with this organization, yet, I love wearing many hats, utilizing my skill set to best benefit CUE.

I currently reside in Zionsville, IN, with my two amazing kids, Bella, who will be attending Butler University in the Fall, and my son John, who is 13 and loves motocross and playing his guitar.

Communication Unites Everyone, Inc

With over 15 years of experience in Management I am currently embracing my role as HR Manager for CUE. I am excited to have the opportunity to work with such an amazing team.

Born and raised in Bass Lake Indiana with 3 sisters and 1 brother, we were very involved in all thing’s watersports related. After graduating Culver Community Jr Sr High School I attended Ancilla Domini College where I received an associate degree in natural science and math.

Before CUE I was the Flagging Manager for an Indianapolis based traffic control company. My employment with them was based on my ability to launch a flagging division to add to their list of services they provided. The flagging division was a huge fiscal success and continues to flourish. I was presented with the opportunity to join CUE in early 2023 where I have had the privilege to work in several different departments before securing my role in the Human Resources Department. I truly enjoy working so closely with all our CUE employees and strive to continue to improve the CUE HR experience.

I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my fiancé Justin, our 2 daughters Alexis (16) and Kennedi (11) and our English bulldog Bella May. I spend my free time cooking, crocheting and watching true crime shows on CUE Broadcast.

As the manager of customer service, I have invested myself into cultivating a quality customer service experience. I have developed resources and principles that can be replicated and utilize amongst our team.

I’m happily married to my husband, James and together we share our daughter Lucy. I have been in ministry for 15 years and I love Jesus with all my heart. I have served at Heartland Christian Center for 10 years and I enjoy music, mentoring, and the adventures of life.

My fulfillment stems from uncovering the greatness within individuals and fostering genuine connections. As I navigate my role at CUE, I am eager to channel these passions by nurturing excellence within our team.

Brittany loy

Brittany Loy is a seasoned professional with 17 years of experience as a Client Service Manager at Hilltop Securities and currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance at
Cue Broadcast. In her professional roles, Brittany has demonstrated expertise in financial management and client service, driving success in both organizations. Outside of work, she cherishes spending quality time with her husband of 17 years, Blake, and their two daughters, Brooklynn and Kinsley.

Additionally, Brittany serves as the Secretary at her church, where she actively contributes her time and skills to support the community. With a strong dedication to her family, faith, and professional growth, Brittany embodies the values of commitment, leadership, and compassion in all aspects of her life.
